Prices are quoted per vehicle for the whole door-to-door journey in hryvnia, and include the driver, fuel and the tolls listed on the receipt. Waiting time is free for the first 60 minutes after a scheduled pickup, and for the first 90 minutes after a monitored flight or train arrival.

Travel times are typical drive times in normal traffic, not guarantees. Road works, border checks or weather can extend a journey; dispatch calls you if a delay passes 30 minutes.

Cancellation is free up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup. Later cancellations are charged at 50% of the quoted price, and no-show bookings are charged in full.
