How the trip runs

From an assigned driver to the free waiting window

Every transfer runs through the same five checkpoints. All offsets are counted from the pickup time you enter in the quote console.

    Driver assigned and named

    You get the driver's name, phone number, vehicle make and plate number at least 12 hours before pickup. Same-day bookings are confirmed within 2 hours.

    Dispatch signs off the route

    Pickup address, luggage count and destination-specific route planning are re-checked, then the driver is released toward your address with a printed trip sheet.

  3. −10 min

    Driver at the meet point

    The car is parked at the exact address you gave, and the driver holds a name card at the entrance. No terminal handover and no distant meeting point.

  4. 0

    Pickup

    Luggage is loaded, you board, and the driver starts the agreed route. Door to door means the same vehicle and the same driver from this moment until drop-off.

  5. +30 min

    Free waiting window

    The first 30 minutes after the agreed pickup time cost nothing, and the driver simply waits. Paid waiting starts only afterwards, and dispatch calls you before it begins.

Drive times are measured on a clear road. Weather, checkpoint queues and city traffic can add time, so dispatch works against your flight number, train number or appointment time instead of the clock, and holds the schedule when an inbound arrival slips.
